CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Sheri Eibschutz is a clinical and public health microbiologist. Since 2004, Sheri's been president of Category Five Professional Consultants, Inc., an emergency preparedness consulting firm that specializes in multi-hazard emergency response and hazard mitigation planning for cities, counties, and special districts.

Sheri has been overseeing the SLO Community Holiday Feast since 1997 and the Care Packages for Christmas campaign since 1998.

SECRETARY

Tracey has 30 years of experience in emergency management that includes Federal, State, County, City, and PG&E preparedness and response activities. She is currently PG&E’s Director of Emergency Preparedness and Response, Strategy and Execution, where she is responsible for working with functional area partners to ensure PG&E is prepared to respond to all hazards safely and effectively. Prior to this position, Tracey was PG&E’s Manager of Emergency Preparedness Exercise and Training, and she was part of the Emergency Preparedness team at Diablo Canyon Power Plant.

Tracey has been actively involved with the SLO Community Holiday Feast since 2002.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Sydni Eibschutz, J.D., is an associate in Mayer Brown’s New York office and a member of the Banking and Finance practice. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from University of California, San Diego and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa, College of Law.

Sydni is a member of the Associate’s Committee at Mayer Brown as well as a founding member of the NYC NextGen Committee at Mayer Brown. Sydni has volunteered/co-organized the SLO Community Holiday Feast for more than 20 years!

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Liesl Eibschutz, M.D., is a resident physician at the University of Virginia Medical Center. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Duke University and her Doctor of Medicine degree from The Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.

Liesl has co-organized the Care Packages for Christmas Campaign for the last 8 years and assisted with the SLO Community Holiday Feast for more than 20 years!

BOARD MEMBER

Kim Boege has been CEO of Cloud Company, a third-generation San Luis Obispo manufacturing business. Kim brings to the SLO Community Cares Board her unparalleled organizational, leadership, and design skills.

Kim has been a long-time worker and supporter of the SLO Community Holiday Feast.

BOARD MEMBER

Bob Neumann retired as Fire Chief from the San Luis Obispo City Fire Department in 2002. He is the founder and coordinator of the SLO County Community Emergency Response Teams (CERT). Bob serves on a federal Incident Management Team and is the principal emergency management consultant for Category Five Professional Consultants, Inc.
